Room and bathroom were clean bed was comfortable. Excellent staff, very serviceable and friendly.

Breakfast is coffee and bread goodies, not a full breakfast.

Very friendly and welcoming owner also English speaking. Location was good with easy parking in front of the property. Good wifi in the reception and in our rooms. Breakfast was good and also offered us a good dinner menu at a very reasonable price. Rooms very clean and spacious. Great view of Pescara from our room balcony. Would certainly stay in this property again if travelling in summer.

Breakfast was just right and the caffe latte perfetto. The owner was so very congenial as were his wife and son. The evening dining was delicioso. I would go back there in a heatbeat.

Travelling through Italy we were not looking for the most expensive stay for 1 night and we found a gem. Night's stay with restaurant and great food.

Bed clean and comfortable. Food tasty and delightful. Dinner and breakfast outside with fantastic views.

Beautiful location with fantastic views. Lovely room with huge bathroom, large balcony & very welcome air conditioning. Lovely swimming pool with view over Pescara and the Adriatic Sea. Would definitely recommend.

Not a great deal of choice for breakfast, but enough to get us going. There was only green tea left out as a choice at the buffet - I loath green tea! But the owner very kindly provided me with some English breakfast tea from his own supply so I was happy!

We were welcomed by the host,shown all facilities,pool was very good,we were able to get a light lunch,meals were very good, our room had a huge balcony,with panoramic views so Pescara,the sun sets we're stunning.

Just the mosquitoes at night on the dining balcony,( a mild irritation)

Very quiet location. Swimming pool very welcome. Easy check in and check out. Very personable staff. Good quality evening meal and extremely good value for money all round. An ideal place to stay to just relax. Stunning view of Pescara.....

Worth updating the bathroom at some point but this did not distract from wheat is an excellent place to stay

No water glasses in room

It is located close to the airport with an amazing view of Pescara. This place has it all. Nice rooms, pool, good food, and a warm atmosphere.

The location was amazing, the view and everything! stayed there for one night and enjoyed my stay! Nice and welcoming place.

Extra friendly staff and great view.

There was used cigarette but in a cup in our bathroom upon arrival and the shower head was broke.

Simple place with everything one needs. Comfortable bed, room with all the needed amenities, nice breakfast, very friendly and customer oriented owner.

Everything! The place is truly paradise! The rooms, view, food and especially Stevie. A true joy.

They were just opening for the season and our hot water was not on yet, but not a problem.

The house and the garden are beautiful. Valentina and her family were very kind and we liked very much each breakfast with them and enjoyed their helpful travelling tips.

It was a little bit colder most probably because the weather conditions. The radiator was hot all the time and also we had hot water.

Amazing view! Amazing host. He would make you the most delicious ribs even at midnight with his big smile:)) I recommend to those who are traveling not only for work,but for vacation. Great place.

It was a terrific location

Internet not very good in room but ok in lounge

Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and very accommodating with our 3 small kids. We really enjoyed the pool and the breakfast.

Mammas home cooking and the welcome as if you were family

Nothing as it was as advertised

Parking was tight so I may of been harsh on my rating. The views are amazing and with the pool on during a hot Italian Summer was awesome. The rooms are quite something compared to NZ, we loved them as the décor was so different. TV was mostly Italian channels but we weren't there for TV. Great Breakfast no real clothes washing facilities for a short stay. But they directed me to local laundromat which did the trick. I can't stress how beautiful the view is from the pool or your room if you get the right one. We ate in Town and the shops and food were Grand.

Big spacius rooms with wfantadtic views and a nice outside pool atea. Secure parking and great restaurant area.

Nothing major. The shower arra was a bit broken and the rooms could need some attention. The little extra would make a huge differenc for the overall experience.

The sheets and bed were fantastic! So clean, the owners couldn't do enough for you.! Stevie the son of the Owner was SO friendly, he spoke to everyone, made us all feel "special" totally...

The only criticism we had, the Breakfast could have been a little better, only continental, nothing savoury, all sweet.!(we are diabetics) no cheese/ham,( the usual Holiday Inn breakfast) ...

The hotel is great. It is situated up on a hill so you get a magnificant view over pescara. The hotel owner is a very friendly and funny guy. Everybody speaks englisch so the communication is perfekt...

It would have been great to have a fridge in the room to cool our drinks. Also it could be a little cleaner.

This place is really nice and the view from the top of the hill is awesome! Moreover, the owner is a very nice and kind person so I do certainly recommend this object.

Localization is not very convenient, so it is advisable to take/rent a car.

Don't expect a super modern room, but if you appreciate authentic and charming Italy, you won't regret your stay!

Restaurant not being open

The view from the room balcony was amazing. Staff were very nice and accommodating.

Was a bit hard to find as the gps kept sending us down very tiny roads that were dead ends.

Personal is really friendly and helped us a lot! Great location, just 12 minutes driving from airport, spacious and clean room, incredible bathroom and free parking.

Nothing to complain, we would love to come back again!

The incredible view. Food was well prepared and very affordable. Steven is exceptionally friendly, helpful AND he speaks a perfect English.
