Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and competitive pricing, with several noting easy access to the city center and secure parking. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with many reviews mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests finding staff helpful and responsive, while others experienced issues such as poor communication and unresolved problems. Bed comfort and room size were generally acceptable but not outstanding. Overall, the hotel is considered a practical choice for its location and value, but improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
