Pros (+) Close to the lake
Cons (-) Disappointing experience. The room was disturbingly unclean (with urine on the bathroom floor and unwashed towels), the lights didn't work, and I could hear all of my neighbors' moves through the thin walls. I would not recommend this dumpster even to a homeless person.

Pros (+) It's in a good spot if you are looking for a water front place, the price is reasonable,I stayed only over night but could see staying three or four to enjoy what the area as to offer.
