Pros:The fact that location was only a very short distance from everything including Walmart Ross and a lot more
Cons:I found a roach in my room Which tells me that it was not very clean also room service collected my dirty towels and rags but never replaced anything and never even cleaned my room or make the bed up. You had to pay more for a room with microwave and refrigerator and no coffee maker was in room

Cons:Very rude staff, broken lock, no available parking spot near room. We had to keep the sofa chair against the door to keep it secured. Awful experience. Very very rude staff.

Pros:Once I had my room I was able to relax. The check out gentleman was so friendly and talkative. He was great. Sadly I didn’t get his name but he worked May 5 in the morning and was Aftican American
Cons:It took 45 minutes. She took my Visa Card and drivers license and then gave me the wrong paperwork to sign. Argued with me that I was Eric O. (someone) even though I am female and told her my name, Daniela Wasem which to me doesn’t sound anything like Erik O. - look at the license lady. Then charged me (Eric’s) room rate of $199 even though I had already paid for my room online. Then argued with me about my Visa card ending numbers even though I showed her multiple times my Visa card. By the time I got done there were about 10 people waiting behind me to get checked in. When I got to the room. The toilet constantly ran, there was no way to stop it. I just had to close to bathroom door to quiet it down a little. Also there are two lights above the bed, I was going to read a book, one of the lights did not even have a light bulb in it. Was a very bad experience. So now I am still waiting for my $199 refund. If it wasn’t for the check out gentleman I would have completely hated the entire experience.

Pros:It was right off the highway.
Cons:They advertise 100% smoke free, that is 100% BS! There was cigarette burns on the table, holes in the comforter, there was even a cigarette burn on the soap holder in the shower. People outside we’re up all hours of the night. My family and I slept in our clothes, didn’t bother taking off our shoes, didn’t bother taking a shower, left as early as we could. If I could do it over again, I would have just slept in my car

Pros:Super quiet, right off I-10, ajcent to a small mall with 8+ restraunts. Sheets were clean. Got the 79$ rate just a few hrs before arriving, so pretty cheap for two full beds. A/c was spot on for temp which was important to us. I chose this place bc it was close to our long day driving distance limit and because all the hotels nearby (150$) range were full. Great clean waffel house next door.
Cons:Our room was grimy - tub, walls, carpet (i wore my flipflops). The faucet was loose, & toilet didnt flush without a couple tries. There were no xtras like a pool, or breakfast. It was older style with stairs at the ends and middle of the 4 long buildings. No elevators so the stairs could be a prob for less mobile folks.
