Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews are highly polarized. Many guests complain about poor cleanliness, lack of daily housekeeping, unhelpful staff, excessive noise from the street, and the absence of an elevator, making upper floors difficult to access. Some mention pest problems and maintenance issues. However, a minority of guests appreciate the central location, budget-friendly prices, and, in a few cases, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Overall, the negatives outweigh the positives, but the location and value for money are occasionally praised.
