Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location near beaches, restaurants, and nightlife, as well as the friendliness of some staff members. However, several reviews mentioned issues with service, including unhelpful or unfriendly staff and problems with extra charges. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests noting good cleaning and others reporting inadequate housekeeping. The comfort of the beds was generally acceptable, though not outstanding. The pool was often described as small, cold, or uninviting. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service were highlights, there were notable areas needing improvement.
