Summary of reviews

Guests say
The overwhelming majority of reviews report that the hotel does not exist, with guests arriving to find an empty lot, a closed property, or a different business at the location. Many mention being scammed, losing money, and receiving no support from booking platforms or the hotel itself. Only a few reviews mention aspects like cleanliness or service, and those are mostly negative, citing poor conditions or unhelpful staff. There is one isolated positive comment about cleanliness and staff, but it is outweighed by the numerous negative experiences.
