Many found the staff friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with several positive mentions of service at the front desk and during their stay. Cleanliness was also a strong point, with rooms and common areas described as fresh and well-maintained. However, some guests were disappointed with the breakfast selection and quality, and a few noted issues with room size or layout. Despite some negative experiences, especially regarding breakfast and occasional service lapses, the overall impression was positive, especially for those prioritizing location, service, and cleanliness.
