Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as its convenient location close to public transport and local attractions. Some reviewers found the beds comfortable and the value for price reasonable, especially for short stays. However, cleanliness issues such as dust, mold, and pests were reported by several guests, and there were complaints about malfunctioning air conditioning and small or outdated rooms. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good choice for budget travelers prioritizing service and location, but improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are needed.
