Cons (-) We showed up before the 2 o'clock check in after flying half way across the country and the lady at the front desk had a Terrible attitude. She refused to even check if a room was available. We showed back up at 1:45 to more smart remarks from her. After more eye rolls from the lady she decided that we could check in 15 minutes before the 2 o'clock check in. THANKS SO MUCH!
