Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to public transport and nearby amenities. The staff are frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with several guests noting prompt and professional service. However, many reviews highlight issues with cleanliness, the dated condition of rooms and facilities, and problems with the elevators. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with several guests finding the selection limited or unsatisfactory. Overall, while the location and service stand out positively, improvements are needed in maintenance and amenities.
