Pros (+) The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The location was wonderful -- close to restaurants and the metro. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet which was included without package price was excellent. we had a problem with the TV (which turned out that we didn't know how to make the remote work and the staff apparently didn't either but we figu...
Cons (-) The shower was pretty bad. The water pressure was so low that when you stood under the (removable) shower head the water barely drizzled down on you and you had to stand literally on the drain to get under the water.
