PERFECT location.
We booked a double bed but ended up with 2 singles. Not ideal for a married couple on their 1st trip to Paris.

Good location, just a few minutes walk to Moulin Rouge, nice neighborhood surrounded with Thai Massage spa ;) Also Montmartre is 15 min walk from hotel. Paris has great public transportation connection therefore you will be close anywhere.
Breakfast is 12-14 euro pp. which is a bit too expensive but there are some cafes near by so no big deal. No view from our room but to be honest there is not much to see where the hotel is located.
