Very French and quant. Loved the neighbourhood. The staff was excellent.
We were near to a lot of the interesting spots in Paris, very near from the metro station and some nice cafes and restaurants.
The heat in our room was excessive and it was not easy to change the regulator.
Lovely helpful reception staff. Breakfast ok, rooms small. Nice area.
Location, kindness and helpful of one of the staff attendant ( Pierre )
No minibar in the room, small bed, small room , bath shower very difficult to handle, a little bit dangerous and slippery bath , very poor and quite expensive breakfast, small lift
It was close to The Louvre & Musee D'Orsay and in the heart of the St Germain area
The lift was so small it would only either fit 2 people, or 1 person & a bag. No brochures available for Paris sightseeing. They gave us back the wrong door key one day, which caused great confusion.
The location was perfect, close to the Metro and easy to get around from.
The room was very warm and couldn't open the windows at night because of the noise. The breakfast could use some improvement, especially the coffee.
Excellent first impression. Spacious lobby and beautiful decor. Rooms were small yet very comfortable and clean. Good breakfast selection. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent location to visit Paris.
Staff, location, tranquility, breakfast
The staff were very friendly on our first night we were quite late arriving due to our train times we hadent eaten - we recommended a restaurant by a chap on reception, not only did he phone ahead for us but also made sure that it was one he new was open late, the restaurant was fantastic - the staff of the hotel really went out of there way to be helpful.
location, hotel staff, hotel building
Good location with great service. Right next to the metro (Rue du Bac). Many sights nearby and within 4 or 5 blocks of the Louvre.
The internet (WiFi) was not great, but it did work.
