Breakfast was ok, but only thing a member of staff at the reception said that breakfast is free for children and on the day of check out another member of staff said "You should pay half price for children's breakfast"
Room facility was absolutely horrible. They have allocated four beds in the double room. Toilet set was broken. Toilet set itself touching back and front wall so it was not possible to set in toilet because your knees will be folded because of front wall. Ceiling ventilation/extractor was broken and cover/grill of ventilation was dropped on the floor, there was a lot of black dust dropping on the floor from extractor ducting pipe. Finally I had to put back somehow broken ventilation cover. It was 5th floor room number 54 for your attention if you want to investigate. Child bed near window side was broken I had to left matrass and fix temporarily broken leg of that child bed. Please investigate if you want to double check. We felt so much regretting of paying money through booking.com because pictures we saw were different before we pay money, but when we arrived we were given horrible facility.
Location in Montmartre. Staff was friendly.
Room for 3 was small/tight. No fans or AC during one of the hottest Paris summers on record. No shower curtain.
Clean and comfortable, friendly staff, good location
The shower cubicle was a little tight to get in and out of
Location and staff were excellent
Room was very cramped
The owner/reception person was a decent and warm man and a fair man. I had booked the last room a few minutes before another person. He gave me the room. Otherwise the place was/is a dump. Don't stay there.
The halls smell, the carpet is dirty, the bathroom fittings are bad, there is no air conditioning. The place is generally a dirt bag place but due to the location they extort money from folks. Will not recommend.
