Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's charming atmosphere, unique decor, and excellent location in a beautiful, quieter area of Paris. Many enjoy the garden, quirky touches, and the boutique feel. However, service is a major point of dissatisfaction, with repeated complaints about inattentive or unfriendly staff, poor check-in experiences, lack of room cleaning, and slow or inadequate responses to guest needs. While the ambiance and setting are highlights, operational and service issues detract from the overall experience for many guests.
