Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location in Montmartre, making it easy to explore Paris and access public transport. The staff received consistent compliments for their friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness, often going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Cleanliness and tasteful decor were also highlighted, with many describing the rooms and common areas as spotless and comfortable. While most experiences were positive, a few guests mentioned small or dark rooms and occasional noise, but these did not significantly detract from their overall satisfaction. Amenities like breakfast, air conditioning, and thoughtful touches such as complimentary drinks and toiletries were appreciated, though some found breakfast options limited. Overall, guests highly recommend this hotel for its service, location, and atmosphere.AI-generated from customer reviews
