Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for travel and sightseeing. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, with several guests noting positive experiences at reception. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with multiple reviews mentioning dirty rooms, linens, and bathrooms. Room size was also frequently criticized for being too small. Bed comfort received mixed feedback, with some guests finding the beds comfortable and others not. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, improvements are needed in cleanliness and room size.
