Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, with many highlighting its proximity to metro stations and local attractions. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff were also appreciated by several guests. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with reports of dirty rooms, old carpets, and inadequate housekeeping. Many guests found the rooms and bathrooms to be very small, and several mentioned noise issues from the street or within the hotel.
