Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city on foot or by public transport. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, with several guests highlighting exceptional service at the reception. Cleanliness was consistently noted as a positive, with rooms described as spotless and well-maintained. While the rooms were often mentioned as small, this was generally expected for the area and price. Comfortable beds and a cozy atmosphere contributed to a pleasant stay for many guests, though a few noted noise from neighboring rooms or the street.AI-generated from customer reviews
