Pros (+) Location was great, I liked the fact I could open the windows nice and wide, the view overlooking the park and (to the left) Notre Dame was nice, and the front desk staff were fun and helpful.
Cons (-) The floor (carpet) in my room was disgusting, i.e very dirty.
