Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and access nearby attractions. Many appreciated the unique, charming, and authentic Parisian atmosphere, as well as the traditional decor. The staff were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, contributing positively to guests' experiences. However, several reviews mentioned that the rooms and bathrooms were quite small, and some guests noted issues with cleanliness and maintenance. Despite these drawbacks, the overall impression was positive, especially for those seeking a classic Parisian experience in a vibrant neighborhood.

Wonderful

Pros (+) I stayed in the Hotel De Nice on my first visit to Paris with my husband. I was set on staying in the Marais district, but wanted to stick to my budget. The Hotel De Nice was a perfect compromise. It has a chic French boutique feel without breaking the budget. The room was small, but completely suited our needs. We weren't inside much anyway!
Cons (-) Please be aware that the breakfast they serve in the morning is 10 euros a person. You can spend less than that at the crepe place next door.
