Rude staff , poor welcome , hostile reception, dirty carpets, dirty room , no tea or coffee , would never return 😜

Pros (+) Overall cleanliness and continental breakfast
Cons (-) Confusion with staff during check in due to not having a voucher even though the booking confirmation # was provided. Patio could use a second chair so both my wife and I could sit on it together.
