Pros (+) This hotel goes above and beyond with service every step of the way. They even contacted us and easily arranged shipment when we left behind a few items. Additionally, the hotel is gorgeous, comfortable, and makes you feel like home. Pros (+) The location was pretty convenient. The staff were all great.
Cons (-) Kinda too artsy for a more seasoned traveler. The breakfast was very expensive and seemed like it was all stale. The seating was very inconvenient for tall people (I'm over 6') because the chair legs are about 3" high. Check-in at 4 pm is very inconvenient after a long flight (which typically arrives in the morning.) The decor, though a nice idea with natural materials, etc, was not comfortable. M...

Pros (+) Guest services was wonderful. From helping find rental car return to snacks at the bar to help with dinner reservations and great food at breakfast. Thanks to everyone at hidden hotel
Cons (-) Our room was the smallest the hotel has. And it was small. Small even for one person with luggage.
