Lovely hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Metro station nearby with trains running frequently.
. Rooms Very Clean. . Front Desk Personnel are amazing: friendly, dedicated, caring, well spoken people. Thumbs Up for: Messin and Eilyn. . Very quiet place. So you can get a full night sleep and rest quietly after those long-Parisian-days. . Easy access from the L1 Metro Station. . Very conveniently located: pharmacy and convenient stores near by. . A very good restaurant a block away: Le Netter.
The only problem that we encountered in this hotel, as family during our 7-night stay, was the VERY BAD ATTITUDE from the lady in the cafeteria (a.k.a. the place where you go downstairs to have breakfast). PLEASE give her training as to how to treat and talk to customers, she really needs help desperately. We did have an incident that I did not want to report with the MOD, because after all we were on family vacations. This was a about one morning that during breakfast she did hit with her hand my son’s (7-year-Old boy) shoe because he was not properly seated. At the time, and all embedded with the vacation spirit, I did not want to make a big deal off the issue, but now that I’m looking back while writing this review it comes back to my mind and it triggers all the alarms. I remember that the next day after the incident my son did not want to have breakfast at the hotel so I decided to take him to have breakfast to a restaurant near by. I guess I did have to report the incident to the manager on duty after all.
Great location to trains direct to the sight seeing areas. Fantastic Buffett breakfast
Bathroom a little on the small side
Staff was so helpful with helping us get around Paris. They mapped out everything for us.
The staff was helpful and very friendly. The place is close to the metro, a big supermarket and a post office, which was useful.
It probably wasn't the hotels fault, because I was there on the hottest day in the history of Paris, but on that day the air conditioner really didn't do much for the room. The rest of the days, everything was good. And yes, the rooms are not very big, but who comes to Paris to hang out in the hotel anyway?
