Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, which is close to public transport and city attractions, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, many found the rooms and bathrooms to be very small and sometimes uncomfortable, with several complaints about cleanliness, lack of air conditioning, and poor bathroom design. Some guests also noted noise issues and unreliable amenities, but overall, the value for price and service were appreciated by many.
