Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, often highlighting its proximity to the port, restaurants, and scenic views. Many also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, which contributed positively to their stay. Some guests enjoyed the breakfast, though opinions varied, with several noting it was mediocre or lacked variety. However, there were frequent complaints about the bathrooms, which were described as outdated, poorly maintained, or in need of renovation. Cleanliness was another concern for some, particularly regarding the bathrooms and certain rooms, though these issues did not overshadow the positive aspects for most guests.
