Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for exploring the city, the port, and nearby attractions. However, many are disappointed with the breakfast, describing it as basic, limited, or of poor quality. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding staff friendly and helpful, while others report unenthusiastic or unwelcoming behavior. Cleanliness and room size also draw criticism, with several guests mentioning small, poorly maintained bathrooms and occasional lapses in room cleaning. Overall, the hotel's prime location is its standout feature, but improvements are needed in breakfast quality, service consistency, and room comfort.
