Pros:It was right on the beach and in a great location to activities
Cons:There were FOUR floors with NO ELEVATORS....It was awful to carry several bags up a few floors!
Pros:It was close to the beach and staff was very nice.
Cons:It was a little farther away from everything than I, expected. Needs some updating on the place, but wasn't bad. Bathrooms could be a little bigger.
Pros:On beach with great view and friendly staff
Cons:Showers were not for tall people had to bend over to allow water to rinse soap out of hair and body.
Pros:Weather was bit colder then expected, heated pool was great to have!

Cons:Outdated Had to park across the road from the hotel because they only have like 20 parking spots. If I had known that I would've paid less and stayed in a hotel across the road. 4 flights of stairs with baby stuff was a nightmare Maid only cleaned room one night out of four so I had to go request towels Dressers were unstable and drawer fell out on my foot Tiny shower Tiny loud beds ( when my oldest kid barely moved it made tons of noice and woke the other) Breakfast included was either oatmeal or a cold bagel Men smoking weed on balconies where kids could see ( had to explain that to my 8 year old) Air conditioner broke
Pros:Front desk girl at check in was extraordinary excellent. We didn't like our first room and she placed us in an awesome room. Loved the barfoot bar and grill right next door. Beach was super clean and amazing. Beach view from room was amazing too.
Cons:Housekeeping seemed a bit lazy. First day we didn't need hk. 2nd or 3rd day, she decided to not show up at our room. 5th day we had to call twice to get new towels and the floors cleaned. Free breakfast but not really anything to choose from at all. We never got fresh bedsheets.
Pros:We decided to go to the beach at the last minute and we knew that hotels would be scarce beings the weekend of July 4th. I was kinda nervous and didn't really know what to expect because of the negative reviews but when we arrived, I was surprised and very pleased with our room! It was very clean, freshly painted, plenty of space for 6 people! The price was not bad at all considering we had a double suite with a full kitchen and living room plus a view of the beach from our living room window! My children , ages 12,12,10, and 2 were easily settled in and comfortable the whole time. The beach being out our door was an added plus!! The staff was super nice and willing to supply us with anything we needed! I would definitely look back into staying at the Beachbreak!!! For all the ones that are leaving negative feed, I'm not sure exactly what happened or if maybe the staff was having a bad day but coming from a mom with small children that has stayed in many hotels, the Beachbreak was a very decent place and we thouroughly enjoyed our visit!!
Cons:The door to our room didn't have the safety lock that most hotels have, the kind that you can lap over and still open the door like an inch to look out. The only thing it had was a regular deadbolt lock that was easily unlocked with the turning of the handled. My 2 year old was able to open the door by his self which made me nervous so we had to constantly check and make sure he stayed away from the door. This hotel does not have an elevator and we were at the top floor so we made many of trips up and down the stairs lol but it was fine with me and my toddler loved counting the steps each time we got on the stairs. So if you are handicap and can't do stairs, this might not be a good choice for you. we never could connect to the WIFi and the chairs on the beach for hotel guest were $40.00 which was pricey beings we had already paid for the hotel. It should be first come first serve free for hotel guest. These were minor things and we were okay with it. We enjoyed our stay!
Pros:The location was perfect and we loved the gulf view from our room! The hotel is central to everything and we could walk to most places we wanted to go.
Cons:Hotel staff was not helpful and could not answer a number of our questions. We were never given a password that would connect to WiFi and we made several unsuccessful requests to obtain a correct one.
Pros:We got a great deal at $56 a night. For that price it was amazing. Beach front heated pool and jacuzzi. The free continental breakfast was also acceptable. Would definitely stay here again for that price.
Cons:Only dislikes are limited parking next to the resort. Overflow is across Front Beach Road behind a convenience store. And, there is no WiFi in the rooms only in the lobby.
