Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to Stanford University, hospitals, and local amenities. Some reviewers found the rooms clean, updated, and comfortable, and a few appreciated the friendly staff and easy check-in process. However, many guests expressed dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing issues such as dirty bathrooms, unclean towels, and unpleasant odors. Service was also criticized, with complaints about rude or absent staff, slow check-in, and misleading policies. Several guests found the beds uncomfortable, and there were multiple complaints about bathroom maintenance, including mold, malfunctioning showers, and toilets that did not work properly. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and room comfort.
