Pros:It cost 55 a night
Cons:The room was disgusting - floor was matted and dirty, people smoked out front of the AC unit so it blew the smoke into the room, there was something spray on the wall, the room smelled like cat pee and there appeared to be drug deals going down in the parking lot. Stay here at your own risk

Pros:Not much
Cons:Most of the residence are very very shady. There was a prostitute trying to get a room while we were there. There were cops at the place the next day arresting someone or doing something. I would definitely stay away from here.

Pros:We stayed two nights, over a Friday and Saturday. Our room was clean and the mattresses comfortable. We are able to bring our dog at no extra cost.
Cons:The bathroom was clean, but there was a hole in the ceiling as if the bathroom above had leaked at some time. Although this is not the hotel's fault - there was a loud and frightening argument in the parking lot outside our room in the middle of the night. We called the front desk and security was sent. Due to the So Cal drought, the dried, brown grass outside took a lot away and made it appear very run down.

Pros:1. I liked the price and nearness to the freeway. :-) 2. Room was very clean and the beds made daily. :-) 3. Staff was very accommodating. :-)
Cons:1. Only one wall recepticle in the whole room and that was behind the TV. No where near the beds. :-( 2. Called the office @ around 6:30 - 7:00 pm for a "wake up" call for the next morning and NEVER had anyone answer the phone. My husband had to go to the Office in person and request a "wake up" call. :-( 3. Antiquated "security" system: giving us a parking slip for our stay that we had to keep on the dash & room cards that were faulty and had to be re-keyed. :-( 4. Limited "amenities" such as soap for sink and tub. No shampoo, conditioner, and/or lotion provided. :-( 5. No coffee pot, coffee & tea, and/or products to have coffee in the room. :-( 6. No microwave. :-( 7. And, NO, I don't think these are unrealistic expectations @ $55.00 a night. Charge $10.00 more and include the coffee pot & microwave. You still be within reason and competitive.

Cons:It was dirty, stains on the carpet, stains on the chair, bed spread very dirty, noisy, smelly. I traveled with my teenage son and 2 of his friends. As soon as we walked in all 3 said " we will get murdered tonight". They compared it to Bates Motel. They were afraid to sleep in their tee shirts because the beds were dirty. We had no choice but to stay because we had 3 hours drive back home and could not make it that night. Every other hotel in the area was booked. Now I know why they had vacancy. People next door were throwing fire cracker at 6 in the morning. People were sitting outside our door in the middle of the night talking. No one was there to say anything. I called the front office and no one answered. We were up all night and left very early. We travel a lot and have stayed at so many hotels and motels. This is one of a kind experience.
