Pros: This historic property is beautifully decorated. The staff are fun friendly and exceptionally good. Didnt eat at the hotel but enjoyed our stay enormously. Location is excellent.

Cons: The tower room is on 3 levels , quite poky, hard to get to and the hot tub takes forever to fill! .

Pros: Perfect hotel just a little way from Palma centre, immaculate throughout staff very attentive and friendly. Sea view rooms very clean and comfortable, recommend to pay for red level service for all day drinks and nibbles evening alcoholic drinks included

Cons: The indoor pool and area very disappointing especially for a November visit

Pros: We were treated like celebrities at reception. I would recommend everyone to upgrade to the Red Level. The quality of service is remarkable. Dedicated lounge. Fabulous rooms. Beautiful views. I can't say enough! We love this hotel!

Cons: The room was way too warm because there was no possibility to turn off the heating. Needed to keep the window open all the time. The choice of restaurants is limited. The main restaurant is too expensive and the bar has limited choice.

Cons: Room 210. lots of noise from the street. Sleeping was really difficult. No Airconditioning during winter. If the room becomes hot, we couldnt open the windows due to noise. Wardrobe doors were jammed. No racks. Quality of bathroom materials.

Pros: We have two single rooms one was an economy basic room and the other was slightly more expensive due to the availability. I honestly couldn't tell the difference they were both really reasonable sizes and exactly what we were after. The backroom was well stocked with useful supplies. The breakfast was lovely the staff were great and the location was perfect, easy to walk anywhere.

Pros: Location is great, 10min walk to old town and 10min walk to the shopping area in Palma. Rooms are clean and spacious! Breakfast was great, their pastries are amazing!

Cons: The entrance of the hotel is blended into the shopping street, the lobby is quite small so not very easy to spot.

Pros: Breakfast is a huge advantage of this hotel. Super tasty, tones of stuff to choose - from freshly made hummus or smoked salmon to classic scrambled eggs or pancakes. Rooms with balconies are having an amazing view to the pool. Bed was super comfortable, room equipped with all you need - cosmetics, hairdryer, sleepers, towels and bathrobes. Nice indoor swimming pool with super hot water.

Cons: Minibar should be refilled every day but with the first two days, it wasn't so we needed to ask the reception twice.

Pros: The breakfast was, indeed, incredible. The whole place was very laid back. The indoor pool was great for the kids

Pros: Easy access to great in(n)house facilities; indoor / outdoor pool, well spec’ gym. Genuinely helpful staff, evening meals were superb with everything cooked fresh.

Cons: There was nothing really we didn’t like.

Cons: The receptionist offered to call a taxi. I questioned whether it was a special airport or hotel cab. She insisted it was the normal off the street taxi and metered fare. €23 later I realised it was the specialist airport taxi company with there very very high rate. The receptionist at the hotel should have known she was calling the exclusive airport group.

Pros: Friendly and nice staff, central location with it's own restaurant and bar. Got a surprise (bottle of wine) on my birthday!

Cons: Room didn't have a heater and it was colder than I expected (the main building and reception was nicely heated though). The day I checked in, Spa was closed so they sent me to another hotel about 10 mins. walk.

Cons: Bar and restaurant closed! Rooms average some have stairs to bathroom not good in the night and the beds have a shelf round them so you bash your ankles! The property seems rather tired.

Pros: My room (42) is great but unfortunately in the evening it has a smelly problem- we discussed this upon arrival and the staff said that it was because the windows had been closed but it returned every evening so i bought scented candle and windows wide open The therapist Marianna gave a great massage

Pros: Large terrace, extremely comfy beds, free water in the fridge, lighting over beds, completely quiet bathroom ventilation.

Cons: Glass door into bathroom with gap around edges. The shower did not have safety flooring and no non-slip mat was provided. I slipped but fortunately recovered my balance without injury. It was not possible to open the shower room door and step directly onto the towelling bath mat. In addition the shower leaked slightly into the bathroom.

Pros: The breakfast is recommendable with a lot of choices. The room is clean and quiet. The balcony is very practical and people can enjoy the sunshine while seeing the beautiful views of the ocean.

Cons: The bathroom is a little bit smelly.

Pros: The spa was lovely but ridiculous to pay 9 euros per person for only 2 hours.

Cons: The hotel was very far from the main area of Mallorca. Upon booking the property some reviews said it was a 20 minute walk but it was more like a 30 minute walk, and we are young and fit. Also the property says it is a 12 minute taxi ride from the airport but it is at least 20 and minimum 30 euros. Also one of the main reasons we booked the hotel was because we wanted to use the pool being somewhere hot (coming from England). Other properties I looked at booking all wrote on their website the pool would be closed in December. This hotel did not have that so why I booked it. Upon arriving they told us the pool was closed. I said that was the main reason we booked the hotel and the response was 'well you can use our spa for 2 hours for 9 euros.' No apology or anything. Very misleading and disappointing for us. Also the cleaners were outside our door from 9am speaking loudly on the radios, slamming doors to other rooms and moving furniture very loudly when cleaning which woke us up both mornings, which was very annoying as we wanted to sleep in being on holidays. Overall it was quite a disappointing stay and I would not recommend - stay somewhere closer to town with a room that will not disappoint when you walk in.
