Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing transportation. Many also appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the spaciousness of some rooms. However, several guests were disappointed with the cleanliness, particularly the condition of the carpets, and felt that the hotel did not meet four-star standards. Complaints were also common regarding uncomfortable beds, outdated or poorly maintained bathrooms, and a lack of certain amenities such as parking, pool, or in-room coffee makers. Overall, while the location is a major highlight, improvements are needed in cleanliness, comfort, and facilities.
