The location of the hotel was great, close to the bus station (direct bus from/to airport/town). It's just across the street from the beach, so no effort there to enjoy the sunshine and the water. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, quiet (although by the lift) and the bed was comfortable. The list of channels great, internet was great, too. I appreciated that the room had a balcony with the view at the sea. Breakfast offered a rich buffet every morning.
The management could consider installing some screens with TV channels in the lobby (but this is really a minor thing).

The location of the hotel was great. I traveled alone so had a few key criteria it needed to fulfill: close to the beach, still close to Palma, and quiet. I booked on short notice and realize that being close to the Ballermann may not completely satisfy one's need for a quiet location, but I barely got wind of any noise. It's an older property, but it's been updated and is well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and gracious.
The food was good, with a varying theme every evening, but somehow it felt like there weren't a lot of choices for a vegetarian.
