Pros: This is a truly beautiful resort, 5 star in every way. The rooms were large and decorated to fit in with the surroundings. Every Villa is very private and has it's own pool. The whole resort has a lovely feel to it. If you play golf it would be a dream place to stay the weekend.

Pros: This is a truly beautiful resort, 5 star in every way. The rooms were large and decorated to fit in with the surroundings. Every Villa is very private and has it's own pool. The whole resort has a lovely feel to it. If you play golf it would be a dream place to stay the weekend.
Cons: My husband wanted to use the gym, only to discover it was a 5 minute bus trip to the main resort. Also lots and lots of little bitting midgets!! This is not a budget place.

Cons: Too many condition for 5 stars (based on price) and always tell the prices first than a service. breakfast was just okay not that wow breakfast. in the big private land areas there is Bicycle rental, if it offer free of charge as an activity service would be nice. hope they can do it better.

Cons: Place seems a bit dated. Lots of stains on carpets and daybed. Asked for an extra blanket and was charged ฿500 extra. Way too many light switches, air conditioners not consistently cold. Room rate does not match what you get.

Cons: Hotel restaurant food was really sub-par and the only disappointment of the stay. Several wines to choose from, but being wine drinkers, the wine available was not great. Ceasar salad was very strange. The ceasar dressing tasted more like mayonnaise with lime. Seasoning/sauce on the spicy salmon salad overwhelmed the salmon. Couldn't even taste the salmon. Lamb and steak were so-so.

Cons: The property is looking old and is not well maintained. Our room had ripped wall paper and generally looked like it needed a refurbishment. The “king bed” was 2 single beds pushes together with a topper on top. The topper get like an 2 inch thick piece of high density stone. Very hard and uncomfortable, like sleeping on the floor in a camping mat.

Cons: We had a leak in our ceiling and the room smelt mouldy, which I wouldn't expect from a 5 star hotel. Mosquitos in the bedroom and no coils or any detergents provided. The bed was extremely hard. There is difficulty ordering a refreshment by the pool.

Cons: Breakfast was good, however, changes from a menu to a buffet depending on how many guests are staying. The hotel needs a re-decor, it has not been decorated since my last visit 5 years ago. Staff struggle with English, unusual for such a class of hotel in Thailand.

Pros: The quiet location off the main road is nice as a getaway. This also means it's really best to have your own transportation to be flexible, since there is not much around in about 2km. I like the restaurant setting and the decent slightly old fashioned feel to it. The resort would be lovely if it was slightly upgraded. The (American) breakfast buffet was decent, but with only one Thai option (rice porridge) a bit minimalistic from a Thai perspective.

Cons: We've rented the 2 bedroom house and though it was spacious and clean, it felt slightly too old for the +5k amount to pay for a night, especially the bathroom was quite worn, though still clean. The single bedroom places around the reception looked better from the outside, not sure if they are. Broken beds next to the main pool really bring down the experience/ looks of the place, so I would strongly recommend to get rid of these and replace them.

Cons: The lighting and the air conditioning in the room was very poor. Also, the room (we booked a bungalow) was very small so much so that there wasn't enough space to keep even the luggage. There was no blow dry, foot mat or doormat in the room. This made our stay in the monsoon season quite uncomfortable. Also, the location is quite far from Khao yai national park as well as local restaurants.
