Pros: I had the congee for breakfast and my partner has the full breakfast. The taste was amazing and the staff were so friendly. We didn't organised to get breakfast every morning but next time we will and I will definitely stay here again!

Pros: Absolutely divine rooms, dark wood, polished stone floors, 4-poster bed and private terrace with stunning views of the river..Hotel exceeded my expectations, and although room price was above my budget it was 100% worth it. If you want to be in centre of town, but within a tranquil garden setting in bungalow style, you will love this place.. glad I splashed out!

Cons: The mosquito net around the bed could be more functional by making it actually the bed but we didnt have too much problem with mosquitoes anyways as the room was well-sealed. It would be useful for more powerpoints to be situated around the room. All in all nothing huge to criticise.

Cons: Our room had signs of water damage and the beginning of mold. Partially from a leaking AC unit, and partially from the upper ceiling being old. The bathroom had what looked like a hottub, but the signs advised us not to fill it with hot water. If you're not going to fill the private bath with hot water, then whats the point? We decided not to use it. Mostly I was worried about the leaking AC unit which looked like it was beginning to cause mold issues. Everything else about the property was beautiful.

If you’re looking for a quite, peaceful place in Pai that’s away from the main town center, I highly recommend this resort. The staff is super kind, hardworking & really helpful. Joe, in particular, made us feel like family & we were beyond grateful to have him show us around Pai.

Pros: Great location but without a car or motorbike to far from city centre and due to the remoteness (difficult to find, use Google Maps) difficult to access and more difficult to leave. We booked a Deluxe room, very spacious and build for relaxation. The warm water works, the TV is from the 90's but if you visit this place as a tourist (I live in Thailand since 17 years) you will not bother much. Due to my work, I traveled in the low season after a business meeting, the place was literally deserted beside 4 Chinese on the first night and 2 on the second, so it was very quiet, my son, wife and me got the pool all by ourself, the garden is immense and very well taken care of and rarely in Thailand you can hear and watch some horses in the distance. Due to a military base in it's proximity, when chilling in the infinity pool, you can watch sporadicly 2 or 3 Bell UH-1 helicopters (mostly known to anybody from the Vietnam movies/docu's) flying by reminding you on movies such as Oliver Stone's "Platoon". Food was surprisingly good for a remote location (most times in Thailand I wouldn't dare to eat in the low season in a remote resort without clients) due to my late arrival with my family and after 8 hours driving the car we enjoyed a good dinner in the resort. Bit pricy for backpackers that are used to pay 30 THB for a 7/11/ toasty but if you can afford to pay 200 THB you get a decent good sandwich with fries. We did not try the Thai menu since I was heading back from MHS and haven't been eating Western food for a week, so no idea how good or bad their Thai cuisine is. I ordered a bottle of Bordeaux red wine for 1200 THB, there was 2 different red wines to choose from. The wine was a bit disappointing, for my personal taste, since I prefer dry and not sour but once again you can't expect a wine cellar here so it was fine and the price standard.

Pros: Brilliant service. They were there to greet us on arrival and help with our bags. Plus they kinda organised a comp transfer to the bus station on departure. Beautiful, peaceful grounds. Loved waking up and making a coffee to have on our balcony. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Rooms were cleaned daily. Pleasantly surprised after reading mixed reviews. Definitely good value for money! A little out of town and would definitely need a ped to get around (like anywhere in Pai) as a good 30 min walk into the main town. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

The surroundings of the resort are very nice, the garden is well looked after. The infinity pool looks very pretty, although I have not made any use of it ( was here in the rainy season) Was also very pleased with how my room was cleaned daily. Will def. come back here when visiting Pai again.

Cons: There are many things that were upsetting with the stay, the restaurant was permanently closed which wasn’t stated previously, the bed was two double mattresses pushed together which was uncomfortable, the WiFi which was stated to be everywhere was not available in the rooms. The staff constant disregarded the please clean or privacy please handing from the door and numerous times we had ripped or blood spotted sheets, all in all very disappointed with the stay and very upset as the resort was very costly for what we received was a let down.

Cons: Some people might not like the location, as it is some distance from where the action (if you can call it that) in Pai is. But as I arrived on motorbike and they can be rented anywhere, this should not be a problem. I liked it to be a little out of the way
