Cons (-) Very filthy!!! I have never stayed at such a dirty place and I travel a lot. They would not move me or refund me. Floss pucks on the floor in the bathroom food left in the mini fridge, it was disgusting!

Pros (+) The breakfast was good and having a sliding glass door allowed is to put our dog outside easily.
Cons (-) The rooms were kind of trashy. The toilet was clogged.

Cons (-) Stained carpets. Shower that doesn't drain. Toilet that almost stops up from just pee. The whole place smelled like food, even the rooms.

Cons (-) Couldn't see the view because the sliding door was so dirty from the sprinklers spraying it. Couldn't use patio because sprinklers sprayed us and the towels we set out to dry. The locked patio door had a slight gap in it and the sprinkler water was getting in so carpet was soaking wet by door. Every day our room keys didn't work so we would have to go get it re-activated. Pros (+) I read a lot of good reviews and every single one of them lived up to it. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean. We loved the complimentary breakfast, nothing fancy but straight up and exactly what we needed to start of the day. Page is a cute little town and would love to visit again, and when/if I do I would definitely stay here again.

Cons (-) We were a group of cyclists ( bicycle riders) and we rode from Kanab to Page, arriving at the hotel at noon. We understand that check in is at 3:00 p.m. It sure would have been nice if your staff could have accommodated us as we were hot, tired, dirty, and had to wait in your lobby until 3:00 p.m. It was well over 100 degrees by the time we rode into Page.
