Pros. Beach access is excellent
Cons. Sofa bed
Pros. Nothing about the hotel.
Cons. Room was very run down. Looks good in pics. Smelled like an old dog and smelly feet. Had ants in bathrooms and counters by microwave. Blood stained pillow case. Windows were filthy. Couldn't hardly open and close slider. Very pricey for these accommodations. Will not stay here again.
Pros. The location and grounds were very nice. Breakfast was delightful. The “happy hour” every afternoon was very nice surprise. We had problem with not working toalet and not properly drained bathtub - service/ repair was almost immediately. Very nice.
Cons. Front desk was not very friendly. I received email day before that I can check in advanced with a signed room number and note that I can change room and was given several other rooms option. I changed to a different room. After arriving we were told that room which I choose is not available and we were given original room (#1102). Room was terrible. One side window was facing wall of another building and other side was facing loading dock. We asked for another room and we were moved immediately to better location. Hotel was more than half empty all the time we were there. The room cleaning was disaster. We asked three times to clean our room, finally around 4pm our bed was made but nothing else.
Pros. Clean and paradise feel to the hotel
Cons. Great hotel but a little over priced rooms and parking.
Pros. The heated pool was very nice, clean, and large. I liked the game room during the happy hour as well.
Cons. The halls were dirty, stained, and had a musty odor. The fire alarms went off several times during the day with no explanation besides "the cleaning must have bumped it" which doesn't make sense.
Pros. How close we were to the beach and pool, breakfast was decent just depends on the time you go, the room was big
Cons. Only warm water in hotel, bath faust wasn't working right, the garden view we had a big pillar blocking it, drain was broken if you wanted to take a bath, loved the scenery BUT not worth $200+ a night
Pros. Almost everything was great
Cons. We had plumbing issues in our room and we were not able to put have movies
Pros. The room was very nice. Spacious with nice amenities. The free cocktail hour was okay and the complimentary buffet breakfast was awesome.
Cons. I asked why the pool was closed and the employee said, "Some kid barfed in the pool earlier today". Perhaps some training on how to communicate with the public is in order. Although I did appreciate the girl's honesty.
Pros. The size of the suite. The breakfast had a nice assortment of foods to choose from
Cons. We had been there before, several times. The lobby is boring and doesn't have that elegant feel. The coast grill is the same as the lobby. We were in bldg. 2, no signs telling you were the elevator is, and our room, 310, is on the other side of the bldg. with no elevator near by. We will NOT go back to this property. It looks like the hotel is going under.
Pros. Beach is beautiful, private. Open bar for 2 hours! Decent food free breakfast helpful, friendly staff Bike rentals!
