Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly report serious cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, bedding, and bathrooms, with persistent odors and visible grime. Service is also a major concern, with complaints about rude or unhelpful staff, poor communication, and problems with payment or key cards. Many guests found the beds uncomfortable and old, further detracting from their stay. Only a few positive remarks were made about value or location, but these were overshadowed by the negative experiences.
