Pros: We are a family of 5....with children ages 20, 17, and 14 so finding a place where we can all stay comfortably in one room is difficult. This hotel was great and accommodated us wonderfully! The room was clean and the walk in closet was great in that we could get all of our extra stuff out of the way during the stay. The hotel was in great proximity to the highway as well as shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Tulsa!
Cons: I would have liked a jacuzzi on the premises...

5,4 Okay
Pros: Place was clean and staff was friendly. The place was very convenient for shopping buy the mall
Cons: When we got close to Marriott traffic was backed up and very congested. Also, worst night sleep ever. Not sure why but at around 12:30 pm the neighbors door in the hallway kept opening and closing and it was loud. I also don’t like that they reserved more money on my card for incidentals.
4,6 Okay
Cons: The bed was hard and uncomfortable. No free breakfast in the morning. The room was over-priced for what it was.
4,6 Okay
Pros: The sheets were dirty. Plain basic room that i could not get sleep in.

Cons: There was commotion from about 3am to 4am outside my room on 2nd floor. Woke us up twice.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel with a comfy bed. TV had great channels, big size room, and had decent coffee. Loved the lobby and food area.
Cons: The towels were rough like sandpaper. They could use some new, soft towels for the money we spent on a room. Also when we got to our room the A/C was set at 51 degrees. It was freezing!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable room at a great price. Marriot delivers again!

Pros: the people and the service was excelent, all the workers very friendly and willing to help you. the workers so kind and everything clean and trying to be helpfull.

Unfortunetly I found places with the same characterictics and a lower prive , like 35% less. that was disapointing!

Pros: Location
Cons: Great place to relax and get away from reality. Away from the everyday hustle and bustle. Staff was excellent and helpful. Very clean and well maintained. Plan to make this a return visit for years to come.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The property was very clean. We stayed in cabin 4 room 2 we liked the property just our view was the overnight parking that was the only thing we didn't like and the breakfast was a little skimpy but we enjoyed the oatmeal. Like granny's
6,7 Good
Pros: swimming pool is clean and large with waterfall. property is huge and provides opportunity for nice walks
Cons: the rooms are cooled to 68F and can not be adjusted individually! a no-go for a modern accommodation. in addition, quite noisy when people sit and chat in the sitting area outside your door.
6,3 Good
Pros: Location scenery, fishing, walking
Cons: Walls are thin - you can hear every single word in rooms next to you. Only recommend booking whole cabin and having people you know in rooms. Otherwise it was totally awkward. Not a lot of privacy for couples. Staff barely spoke to us. We had to ask questions or wouldn’t have known about breakfast or anything!
6,8 Good
Pros: Location: The lodge is surrounded by acres of gorgeous landscape with a view of the Tulsa skyline, but yet is only a 20 minute drive from all attractions. Cleanliness: Our room was clean and was cleaned although we stayed only 2 nights. Facilities: Each lodge offers a common- game room with a pool table and other games. There is also a pool and in the summer months one can purchase other activities such as zip-lining tours.
Cons: Beds: Our mattress was old and dented causing us not so good nights. Staff: Since the heat/ AC in the rooms are not controlled by a thermostat in the room, guests have to call the front desk to have the temperature adjusted. The receptionist was helpful and quickly adjusted the temp. In the middle of the night, we woke up sweating - the staff had readjusted our rooms temp to 78 degrees. We phoned the receptionist again. This time the front desk clerk wasn't as nice as before and was telling us he would take care of it when he had time. We had to call the front desk a total of 5 times during our stay to have the temp. set to 68 degrees because they kept resetting it to 78. Not cool. Not a place for children: Although the lodge offers many facilities, the common room was often taken up by slightly intoxicated adults so our kid couldn't enjoy any of them. Also, our sleep and down time at the lodge was inconvenienced due to two guests having intercourse and moaning loudly. This may sound funny to some, but if you are with a child who asks you, why there are loud moaning noises coming through the air vent disrupting their sleep at night and their time at the lodge during the day, you, the parent, might find yourself in an uncomfortable situation. We called the reception about this also and were told that there is nothing they can do. When asked about an alternative room, I was advised that there was no other room forcing us to wear ear plugs while in our room. Breakfast: If you plan to go here, please be aware that breakfast is served from 8 am- 9:30 and there is no way to eat before that time. We had to eat elsewhere.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Landscaping was beautiful. Liked the artwork for sale in the hallways. Liked all the trails and the deer. Wanted to go ziplining. Thought it was a great addition to the property. But, it rained. Nice swimming pool.
Cons: Confusion about location of breakfast and times. Not aware that the Lodge for groups. Felt out of place with just two of us and so far away from everything. Coffee pot in the lounge area of Lodge 3 was too dirty of coffee stains to use.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Scenery, privacy, feels like a vacation while near Tulsa.
6,7 Good
Pros: The staff was really great and will answer any questions that you might have. What made me stay was the guy the afternoon- night shift (forgot his name). Even when it was late, he still was working with a smile! The area is very pretty and provides lots of opportunities to explore nature. For example, I got to hike around and see lots of deer. Breakfast and wifi were pretty good.
Cons: I don't think that anyone should go if they are not on a retreat, tbh. I actually tried to cancel my reservation mid-stay because the walls are so thin that I could hear my neighbor moving around, laying in her bed or opening a door. Normal conversations will be heard in its entirety whether you are in the hall or in your room. I felt uncomfortable all night.
7,1 Good
Pros: Cleanliness of lodge. Beautiful location
Cons: We were there for a jazz festival...very disorganized. The lodge was clean. The staff not very helpful
7,9 Good
Cons: We couldn't check in at time given to us by staff
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully maintained. Huge in size. Ponds, walking trails, pool and the lodges were more than expected!!
Cons: Liked it all

Pros: The beds were comfortable and the rooms were big.
Cons: There was no English speaking workers in the halls. Not all the towels we were suppose to have were in our room and there was no hand soap we had to buy our own. Pros: Breakfast wasn't my style, but it looked good for those who'd eat it. The room was very comfortable (although the shower curtain should be replaced)

Pros: Very friendly staff. Clean room and yummy breakfast!
Cons: The pool hours could be a little bit later...especially for the weekend.
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: The breakfast had a hood selection and tastes good as far as the items I got.
Cons: Very uncomfortable beds, too strict on the pool policy. Breakfast room was very humid.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Wyndham by Wingate is always very good. I know what I will get. Clean, quiet and comfortable. The only con is breakfast ended at 9 am and by 9:05 everything but coffee was gone. We have never had this happen before. When on vacation we like to sleep in at least until 8:30.
Cons: Just the breakfast ending so early. May not be early to some people but it is to me. I guess I didn't pay enough attention at check in.
6,7 Good
Pros: Breakfast went to 10am. Large room. Plenty of charging outlets.
Cons: Poor check in..delayed with no concept when we could check in. Room poorly furnished. Only one bedside table.

7,5 Good
Pros: Good location
Cons: Not many amenities
5,0 Okay
Pros: Nice staff. Beds were comfortable.
Cons: The bathroom had hair in the tub and and bathroom floor. But the worst thing was the pool water was cloudy. You couldnt see the last two steps to walk into the pool. The hot tub looked gross. The water was clear but it looked like it needed scrubbed.
6,3 Good
Pros: The breakfast buffet and staff were amazing. My son and I have food allergies, and we were able to find DF and GF breakfast options. The pool and hot tub were nice.
Cons: The hallways were very hot. Our bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. I went to take a shower, and when I pulled the curtain closed, there was the previous guests washcloth still hanging over the curtain rod. The shower fixtures were loose and coming away from the shower wall. Bathroom floors very slippery. Also, no fan in the bathroom. All around the television and fridge were very dusty and hadn't been vaccumed properly. Our beds were comfortable, but the covers continually slipped off during the night. Not enough outlets.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The entire stay was great! Breakfast was amazing! The staff was exceptionally friendly as well! We would definitely stay here again, no doubt about it.
Cons: Nothing!
5,8 Okay
Cons: When I came in to check in, the attendant at the front was not friendly at all. I specifically asked about the pool, since I was traveling with my young child, she told me they were cleaning it and it would be open shortly...after several hours we asked again and she advised us that it would not be opening. We only selected this hotel for the pool for my child, if I would have known it would not have been opened for our entire stay, I would have went to a different hotel.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The room was really comfortable - beds and shower were great. The pool was wonderfully warm. We did a load of much needed laundry, too!
Cons: Breakfast staff was overwhelmed by the swarm of people and almost everything ran out. That was a bummer!

Cons: N/A
7,9 Good
Pros: The bed reminded me of my own. The pillows were very soft and comfortable. It was like sleeping on a super fluffy cloud.
Cons: I didn’t appreciate it when I looked into the mini refrigerator to discover an open can of Sprite. I would have appreciated if the cleaning ladies or men had done a better job of cleaning my room completely. I would have also appreciated it if the front desk lady would have sounded more sincere at the fact I had discovered an open can of Sprite in my mini refrigerator.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Beds were comfortable. Clean and nice staff was nice and the facility was clean..
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Pool was locked when I got there. Location was horrible. Hardly any restaurants, Bars entertainment.

Pros: Food choices were great. The bagel breakfast pizzas were excellent and everything was very clean and neat in the breakfast area! The beds were soft and comfy. The room a/c stayed constant and not one you really had to adjust much. The hotel is very close to shopping and a ton of great restaurants. We literally walked to Target and Cracker Barrel, but there are probably 20 restaurants you could walk to, no kidding. Nice place to stay.
Cons: The 4th a/c wasnt on in the hallways and it was warm in there the first few days we stayed but came on the last day. It may need to be set to auto, so it can keep the temp more stable.

Pros: The hotel smelled clean and the carpets were clean.
Cons: The door was hard to shut. I had to push one of the locks in with myself to get the door to shut completely. Also, the breakfast was running thin on options due to the amount of people there. The employee working the breakfast area did her best to keep up with the crowd.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: It was clean. There was a Starbucks on site with a limited menu. The breakfast although additional cost was good. The channel/internet tv had a lot of options.
Cons: It says in the Booking.com that breakfast is included, but it is not. The TV In the room was in an akward spot of room. I was woken by the elevator a few times.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location smack in the middle of downtown. Serves Starbucks coffee 24/7! Very modern and plush!
Cons: While the parking garage in itself was safe, reasonably priced & not @ all crowded, it’s a little creepy walking alone from your vehicle to the elevator. From there, you cross a sky bridge straight into the hotel which was pretty cool!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was in the excellent location for us to walk or be shuttled to and from the BOK Center. The shuttle was friendly and very kind. The staff was helpful when it came to parking and answered all our questions.
Cons: I have nothing bad to say about this location.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location, cleanliness and regality.

Pros: Very well maintained, best of the downtown hotels in Tulsa I have stayed at so far. History of the building and nostalgia is cool and unique. Staff from front door to desk was great, great attitudes and helpful.

Cons: No coffee in the lobby, unless you paid extra.

Cons: No complaints

Pros: It’s a great historical hotel downtown!
Cons: It’s close to downtown
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The decor, pillows, most comfortable bed, beautiful shower, etc. All good.
Cons: Parking is expensive. I am a local so knew not to pay $25 a night in downtown Tulsa.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I've stayed at The Mayo multiple times and love it each time! This was the first time I was on the roof top. Wow! What a divine location to wind down after a long day with a lovely cocktail and some friends. Love it!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great for what we needed, we walked to the Tulsa PAC and back as well as to dinner. The hotel is beautiful beyond words, staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooftop bar was fun and their coffee shop served Starbucks which was really nice. We will definitely be looking for an excuse to come back and stay.
Cons: The icing on the cake would have been if the hotel had a pool or hot tub. It was understandable that they didn't have one, the building probably wasn't ever built with one but we would have taken advantage of that if there were one.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was fancy!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Roomy, clean. Helpful staff.
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Pool and jacuzzi. And roof top Bar area
5,8 Okay
Pros: The room was very beautifully designed. All the fixtures and decorations were luxury. Great bathrobes. Staff was nice. Beautiful old building.
Cons: The service really isn't up to par for the price. I speculated with other guests that they don't care as much as they perhaps should because half the building is now apartments. The rooftop bar had lost a lot of its charm. There was an AC unit in my room that came on at all hours roaring like a monster and woke me up. I couldn't sleep for the first three out of four days I was there because of it. The shower was dingy and gray and I had hoped for a bathtub. View of an alleyway, stalling trucks making loud deliveries at 5 am or something. Weirdest part was when I came back to find my toilet overflowing with soapsuds.... Bed was firm with a lot of lumpy pillows but maybe I've been spoiled by other luxury hotels.

Pros: We loved everything about this hotel!
Cons: No

Pros: Spacious and clean.

5,8 Okay
Cons: Very over crowded with beauty pageant. Very few luggage carts at arrival & departure. Small pool packed with kids and no hot tub. Only 2 staff at desk when they knew they were at capacity. The lobby was a wild mad house all evening with in attended children jumping on steps to Starbucks, making it difficult to enter. Staff at Spa, or at all friendly or helpful. Extremely poor customer service.

Cons: Restaurant was overpriced and not great. Breakfast was cold and underwhelming.

Pros: No gross carpet in the room, wonderful shower, and the indoor pool was great.
Cons: There was no dresser in the room, only an ottoman with a drawer. Also, housekeeping never cleaned our room and we were there for 5 nights. I understand conservation but they could at least empty trashcans. Also $50 a night hold is a bit excessive.

8,3 Excellent
Cons: The bed was uncomfortable
5,8 Okay
Cons: The beds were extremely hard. It was not a comfortable mattress to sleep on at all. Was very disappointed. Also, I was never informed of a 20% fee that would be charged to my card until after check out. I used a card that had JUST the amount that I was given prior to check in and the 20% caused my account to overdraft. I called and spoke with an employee and she wasn’t sympathetic to the situation. I explained that no one informed me of the charge. Her response was “sorry we figure everyone knows that” and that was it.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, everyone was nice, resturant was great

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, great facilities, and close to a wide range of restaurants and convenience stores.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location is convenient to many places in Tulsa. The room was very comfortable. Have stayed here before and it is always nice.
Cons: The driveway coming in from Yale is still under construction, but it is passable.
6,7 Good
Pros: The location offered easy accessibility to the interstate. Convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. Having an indoor pool and whirlpool was a very nice amenity.
Cons: The bed frame made creaking noise with every little move and the mattress was super firm which was not good for me and made it difficult to get a good night's rest. While the blackout curtains did their job for the most part, they are not long enough to keep light from reflective off the HVAC unit creating a very bright wake-up call for anyone wishing to sleep past 0700. The one thing I truly looked forward to doing while there was going for a swim in a heated indoor pool unfortunately that was not the case. We boiled in the whirlpool and froze in the pool. We took it in stride by alternating between the hot and cold bodies of water.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I really liked the walk in shower and the freshness of the whole facility.
Cons: TV was a bit too small compared to other places I've stayed but that's nit picky.

This hotel has facilities measuring 4000 square feet (372 square meters), including a conference center. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge during limited hours, and free self parking is available onsite.
7,9 Good
Pros: The outside of the property is very deceiving. It looks like a brick warehouse. I was speaking with the manager in the front desk and he stated that the building itself is dated to the 1920’s. However, the inside of the room is very boutique and feels like living in your own residence. Very well decorated.
Cons: We had a problem with opening our door to our room. I had to call the manager up and ask for his assistance. He had a hard time opening and stated that sometimes the doors stick. We went out to dinner and came up and had the same issue. We had difficulty in getting the door open and after some jiggling the knob around and pushing it came open. The amenities such as coffee were poor. There was no regular coffee and they left a used capsule in with the regular decaf coffee that was left. The cups were dirty even though they had a a plastic wrap around them . I realize its a picky complaint. However, if I am paying that much for a boutique room I expect amenities to be top notch. Over all I would give the site 4 out of 5
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel and room!
Cons: Lots of noise from neighbors on either side of us. Noise travels easily.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Historic property which was cool. I couldn’t open the shades and the lighting in the bathroom was dark - not good for make up or shaving I imagine. No full length mirror. The bed was old as it sagged. The click didn’t work. The door stuck and I had to have someone open it for me twice till I learned the double latch trick. Just needs some TLC and could be an excellent place. I like small boutique hotels and would return and ask for a different room for a hopefully better experience.
Cons: See above. Would be nice to be able to order food from Janes and charge to the room. Especially from the bar.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I loved everything about my stay. It transported me back to a time where hotel hospitality was how it should be.
Cons: That I couldn't stay longer
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: I was expecting a nice experience in a 1920's restored hotel.
Cons: At check in there was no offer to help us with our baggage, or the elevator which we were obviously having trouble with. The room had a wore out look, the draperies were falling off the hangers in several places, the wallpaper was peeling off in the bath
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the style, furnishings. Very comfortable room.
7,5 Good
Pros: It was priced fairly when compared to other hotels in Tulsa. The brownies provided at check in were awesome.
Cons: The bed was really way to soft for m. The pillow were also very uncomfortable.
7,0 Good
Pros: I loved the decor/atmosphere. Very relaxing.
Cons: Massage was terrible. Paid good money for absolutely no good thing about it. Worst massage experience we have ever had.

Cons: My room was not at all desirable.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Only hotel near Tulsa University. Clean.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean and felt like home, very elegant and quiet. We loved it!!

Cons: Only one elevator for a fairly large hotel so we waited quite a bit
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Bed was comfortable, breakfast attendant was very friendly.
Cons: For some reason my non smoking room smelled like someone had smoked in it. I found a used bar of soap behind the sink.. must have been missed. And someone needs to defrost the freezer, it's frozen over thick.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, beautiful room. Reasonably priced.
Cons: The air conditioner units in 2 rooms both had issues. The first room we were given, the air conditioner never cooled down the room, so we requested a new room. The new roon air conditioner worked better, but definitely did not blow like they normally do.

Pros: Pancakes were great. Loved having access to the convenient store for anything I needed 24/7.
Cons: The elevator floor was always sticky like someone spilled a drink and didn’t get cleaned. Also didn’t like the fact that for 2 days in a row there was dirty cotton swab in the hall near our room that never got swept. Made me wonder how often they vacuumed the floors.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: We really enjoyed the whirlpool! Great location near to restaurants and within walking distance of Transformation Church (great plus!).

Pros: The room, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite was set up really nicely. I liked the kitchenette.

In the 2 bed bedroom, there is only the center nightstand, none on the sides. Also there weren’t plugs on that side of the beds. The walls had something splashed on them and the shower had body hair in it-before any of our group went in there.

Cons: The hotel smelled really musty. We couldn't find the hotel because your website did not give directions, exit # nor tel # TO CALL THE HOTEL. We drove for 40 minutes out of our way to find the hotel. You had wrong address for hotel!

8,0 Excellent
Pros: - Close to restaurants and gas stations - Right off the highway which was great for continued travel - Very comfortable and in a quiet location
Cons: - The "workout" room was awful. Only the olyptical was in good condition. The two biking machines were jerky and unbalanced and the treadmill made an awful noise when you started it up. This would be hard stretched to be considered a workout room.

Pros: Clean room, good king bed, attentive staff, no-pets. Ruby Tuesday restaurant is right next door, has fair food, fast service, good salad bar.
Cons: The room was fairly standard and probably similar to the numerous hotels in same area. Some are not as highly rated but you may find a more economical choice.

Pros: Location was very convenient. Very close to I 44
Cons: I moved the pillows to adjust them and a cartoon sized spider with fangs was there. They changed my room as I did not want to deal with that.

Pros: Everyone on staff that we encountered was friendly, helpful, and very competent. The facility was spotless.
Cons: Beds are a little firm, but still comfortable.
