Pros: We are a family of 5....with children ages 20, 17, and 14 so finding a place where we can all stay comfortably in one room is difficult. This hotel was great and accommodated us wonderfully! The room was clean and the walk in closet was great in that we could get all of our extra stuff out of the way during the stay. The hotel was in great proximity to the highway as well as shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Tulsa!
Cons: I would have liked a jacuzzi on the premises...
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room layout was really nice
Cons: The desk in the rooms, the glass panels that separate the sleeping area from desk area, the glass wobbles in the frame when you write on the desk. I would recommend some gasketingn or silencers to help with that.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Super nice large room
Cons: It’s marked Tulsa but downtown Tulsa is a 20 minute drive
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff, cleanliness, facilities.
Cons: When asking about long term stay, the discount was minimal. Due to the length / duration I would’ve thought the discount would’ve been a lot better.

Pros: The rooms are very spacious for our family of 5, and we felt like we weren’t on top of each other. The staff are very nice, and the breakfast was really good. I will definitely come back and stay again in the near future.
Cons: The pool is a little small, and it was hard to enjoy during our stay because a bunch of kids were roughly playing in the pool.
9,3 Excellent
Cons: Climate control in room was difficult to properly adjust. Needs to be less automated and more easily adjusted.

Pros: Location
Cons: Great place to relax and get away from reality. Away from the everyday hustle and bustle. Staff was excellent and helpful. Very clean and well maintained. Plan to make this a return visit for years to come.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The property was very clean. We stayed in cabin 4 room 2 we liked the property just our view was the overnight parking that was the only thing we didn't like and the breakfast was a little skimpy but we enjoyed the oatmeal. Like granny's
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Peaceful lovely secluded setting with high end amenities. Saturday morning as I was leaving, there were not only deer grazing but a wild turkey. I wish that I had time for a few walks in the woods. I did forget to ask about the WiFi (which was available) as my iPad reception and iPhone connectivity were close to nonexistent.
Cons: Possibly the desk could have emphasized the WiFi availability as I checked in.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We went to a concert at osage casino. After the concert we decided it was to late to return home. Your lodge was the closest place to the casino. We were pleasantly surprised at what we found. Beautiful location , great staff and breakfast was excellent. We were not expecting to have a full breakfast. When the staff found out that we were late arrivals, they invited us to join the other guests who were having the. breakfast menu. We enjoyed our stay even if it was for a short period of time. We will definitely return for another girls note.
Cons: The only thing I can complain about was not being able to turn the heat down. Every thing else was just fine.
6,8 Good
Pros: Location: The lodge is surrounded by acres of gorgeous landscape with a view of the Tulsa skyline, but yet is only a 20 minute drive from all attractions. Cleanliness: Our room was clean and was cleaned although we stayed only 2 nights. Facilities: Each lodge offers a common- game room with a pool table and other games. There is also a pool and in the summer months one can purchase other activities such as zip-lining tours.
Cons: Beds: Our mattress was old and dented causing us not so good nights. Staff: Since the heat/ AC in the rooms are not controlled by a thermostat in the room, guests have to call the front desk to have the temperature adjusted. The receptionist was helpful and quickly adjusted the temp. In the middle of the night, we woke up sweating - the staff had readjusted our rooms temp to 78 degrees. We phoned the receptionist again. This time the front desk clerk wasn't as nice as before and was telling us he would take care of it when he had time. We had to call the front desk a total of 5 times during our stay to have the temp. set to 68 degrees because they kept resetting it to 78. Not cool. Not a place for children: Although the lodge offers many facilities, the common room was often taken up by slightly intoxicated adults so our kid couldn't enjoy any of them. Also, our sleep and down time at the lodge was inconvenienced due to two guests having intercourse and moaning loudly. This may sound funny to some, but if you are with a child who asks you, why there are loud moaning noises coming through the air vent disrupting their sleep at night and their time at the lodge during the day, you, the parent, might find yourself in an uncomfortable situation. We called the reception about this also and were told that there is nothing they can do. When asked about an alternative room, I was advised that there was no other room forcing us to wear ear plugs while in our room. Breakfast: If you plan to go here, please be aware that breakfast is served from 8 am- 9:30 and there is no way to eat before that time. We had to eat elsewhere.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Landscaping was beautiful. Liked the artwork for sale in the hallways. Liked all the trails and the deer. Wanted to go ziplining. Thought it was a great addition to the property. But, it rained. Nice swimming pool.
Cons: Confusion about location of breakfast and times. Not aware that the Lodge for groups. Felt out of place with just two of us and so far away from everything. Coffee pot in the lounge area of Lodge 3 was too dirty of coffee stains to use.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Scenery, privacy, feels like a vacation while near Tulsa.
6,8 Good
Pros: The staff was really great and will answer any questions that you might have. What made me stay was the guy the afternoon- night shift (forgot his name). Even when it was late, he still was working with a smile! The area is very pretty and provides lots of opportunities to explore nature. For example, I got to hike around and see lots of deer. Breakfast and wifi were pretty good.
Cons: I don't think that anyone should go if they are not on a retreat, tbh. I actually tried to cancel my reservation mid-stay because the walls are so thin that I could hear my neighbor moving around, laying in her bed or opening a door. Normal conversations will be heard in its entirety whether you are in the hall or in your room. I felt uncomfortable all night.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully maintained. Huge in size. Ponds, walking trails, pool and the lodges were more than expected!!
Cons: Liked it all
8,8 Excellent

Cons: It was a perfect get away !

Cons: Not having control of the air.

Pros: The location was good. Room was great
Cons: Again no pool was dirty they were cleaning it. People above us kids were running and jumping on the floor had to call front desk twice and even went down the third time after 10 pm to complain
5,0 Okay
Pros: Nice staff. Beds were comfortable.
Cons: The bathroom had hair in the tub and and bathroom floor. But the worst thing was the pool water was cloudy. You couldnt see the last two steps to walk into the pool. The hot tub looked gross. The water was clear but it looked like it needed scrubbed.
5,8 Okay
Cons: When I came in to check in, the attendant at the front was not friendly at all. I specifically asked about the pool, since I was traveling with my young child, she told me they were cleaning it and it would be open shortly...after several hours we asked again and she advised us that it would not be opening. We only selected this hotel for the pool for my child, if I would have known it would not have been opened for our entire stay, I would have went to a different hotel.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The room was really comfortable - beds and shower were great. The pool was wonderfully warm. We did a load of much needed laundry, too!
Cons: Breakfast staff was overwhelmed by the swarm of people and almost everything ran out. That was a bummer!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great. Love the pillows. The breakfast was amazing along with good coffee!!The rooms were big and you didn’t feel you were stepping over each other.
Cons: N/A
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The bed reminded me of my own. The pillows were very soft and comfortable. It was like sleeping on a super fluffy cloud.
Cons: I didn’t appreciate it when I looked into the mini refrigerator to discover an open can of Sprite. I would have appreciated if the cleaning ladies or men had done a better job of cleaning my room completely. I would have also appreciated it if the front desk lady would have sounded more sincere at the fact I had discovered an open can of Sprite in my mini refrigerator.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Beds were comfortable. Clean and nice staff was nice and the facility was clean..
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Pool was locked when I got there. Location was horrible. Hardly any restaurants, Bars entertainment.

7,5 Good
Pros: Beds, pillows, layout of the room and breakfast.
Cons: Cleanliness could be better. Our room was never vacuumed while there. The tables don’t get wiped down until breakfast is completely over so people coming in later have dirty tables. Our toilet seat was broken.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable accommodations.

9,5 Excellent
Pros: Food choices were great. The bagel breakfast pizzas were excellent and everything was very clean and neat in the breakfast area! The beds were soft and comfy. The room a/c stayed constant and not one you really had to adjust much. The hotel is very close to shopping and a ton of great restaurants. We literally walked to Target and Cracker Barrel, but there are probably 20 restaurants you could walk to, no kidding. Nice place to stay.
Cons: The 4th a/c wasnt on in the hallways and it was warm in there the first few days we stayed but came on the last day. It may need to be set to auto, so it can keep the temp more stable.

Pros: Great Breakfast
Cons: no
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The Microfiber sheets were amazing. And the pillows where very comfortable.
Cons: The Colors were dark and outdated to me and the hallway carpet had a huge wrinkle in it that looked unprofessional
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel smelled clean and the carpets were clean.
Cons: The door was hard to shut. I had to push one of the locks in with myself to get the door to shut completely. Also, the breakfast was running thin on options due to the amount of people there. The employee working the breakfast area did her best to keep up with the crowd.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location of hotel and Tulsa Hills across from hotel.
Cons: Stool in room took forever to fill after flushing. Beds needed to be softer and a blanket should be on beds because comforter is too heavy to sleep under.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Clean and staff was friendly
Cons: Breakfast was delicious

Pros: We had an excellent stay at the hotel. It over exceeded our expectations and we will be staying here again.

Cons: BETTER DIRECTIONS!!!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The room, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite was set up really nicely. I liked the kitchenette.
Cons: If we hadn’t already booked the hotel and had the address we would never have found it. There is not prominent signage above the main entrance. In the 2 bed bedroom, there is only the center nightstand, none on the sides. Also there weren’t plugs on that side of the beds. The walls had something splashed on them and the shower had body hair in it-before any of our group went in there.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The beds was great i love the room...
Cons: I didn't like the fact that my room had ants really bad in the kitchen area i called the front desk they was gone to move us but was out of the same room.. So she told us that someone will come and spray an never showed.

R3 038+
Overview Reviews
In 1925, the 19-story Mayo Hotel was the tallest building in Oklahoma, attracting thousands of celebrities, political figures, and titans of the oil industry. In 1981, the building fell into disrepair, and in 2009, a $42 million renovation returned the old hotel into its former glory. It was hailed as one of the most remarkable transformations of a historic gem. Located in the heart Tulsa, the hotel is within walking distance of the Cox Business Center, BOK Center and several restaurants, bars, and shops. Oklahoma State University and Tulsa International Airport are also a short distance away. In 2019, The Mayo Hotel has received the title of being the No.5 Best Tulsa Hotel, No.3 Best Downtown Tulsa, and No. 12 in Best Oklahoma Hotels. The beautifully styled Mayo features 102 luxurious hotel rooms and suites that are well-suited for business and social travelers. The retro-chic atmosphere, bold patterns, and modern décor are unlike any other hotel in Tulsa. In addition, the various suite styles are spacious and thoughtfully appointed with a variety of convenient amenities. Select rooms at the luxury hotel offer incredible river views, downtown cityscapes, or The Osage Hills. The renovation brought back the prominent clientele at The Mayo, but many guests find the hotel bar the most notable feature. The Penthouse Bar was once the famous Presidential Suite where Elvis Presley once stayed. It is still an elite rooftop location to see and can be seen today providing the only unobstructed 360-degree view in downtown Tulsa. The Mayo also serves full meals at The Boiler Room, which you can then work off in the 24-hour fitness center. Business travelers, couples, and solo travelers all find their home at the historic Tulsa hotel and make their mark in history at The Mayo Hotel.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Good hotel with great staff
Cons: Breakfast started at 0700 and sometimes a little later, an earlier start would have been better as we had a 0800 start 15 miles away. Food was ok, a bit to fancy, tried a bit to hard and was expensive for what it was.

8,3 Excellent
Cons: The bed was uncomfortable
5,8 Okay
Cons: The beds were extremely hard. It was not a comfortable mattress to sleep on at all. Was very disappointed. Also, I was never informed of a 20% fee that would be charged to my card until after check out. I used a card that had JUST the amount that I was given prior to check in and the 20% caused my account to overdraft. I called and spoke with an employee and she wasn’t sympathetic to the situation. I explained that no one informed me of the charge. Her response was “sorry we figure everyone knows that” and that was it.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, everyone was nice, resturant was great
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Fancy place with reasonable rates.
Cons: Lack of education about additional charges and how to do wifi.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean with very friendly staff.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Family, couple, single, business or travel, this place is a good spot
Cons: The copy of Helter Skelter I found on the nightstand.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: everything
Cons: nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, great facilities, and close to a wide range of restaurants and convenience stores.
7,5 Good
Pros: Dinner, as well as breakfast, was great. Tasty and enough food. I did not like the water spots on the spoon and knife, but it can happen. Servers were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was okay, it is not a cozy place to sit near a hotel lobby.
Cons: The bed was totally sub-par. I have never slept in a bed with such a deep indentation, I am talking 2 inches plus. Somehow that mattress was overlooked of been replaced. Again, with over 20 years of business travel, I have never had a mattress like that.
7,5 Good
Pros: Very clean and the room size is quite good
7,5 Good
Pros: breakfast was quite good
6,8 Good
Pros: The location offered easy accessibility to the interstate. Convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. Having an indoor pool and whirlpool was a very nice amenity.
Cons: The bed frame made creaking noise with every little move and the mattress was super firm which was not good for me and made it difficult to get a good night's rest. While the blackout curtains did their job for the most part, they are not long enough to keep light from reflective off the HVAC unit creating a very bright wake-up call for anyone wishing to sleep past 0700. The one thing I truly looked forward to doing while there was going for a swim in a heated indoor pool unfortunately that was not the case. We boiled in the whirlpool and froze in the pool. We took it in stride by alternating between the hot and cold bodies of water.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: It appears to have been recently updated and in a great location.
Cons: There was a scent in the lobby that was a little overwhelming.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was good.
Cons: Didn’t like that breakfast wasn’t included . It was expensive to eat there .
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, friendly staff, well organized (tornado sirens went off during our stay)
Cons: There was not a microwave available to reheat leftovers.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Bed and shower. Nice touch having bottled water at lobby desk
Cons: No
5,8 Okay
Cons: Very over crowded with beauty pageant. Very few luggage carts at arrival & departure. Small pool packed with kids and no hot tub. Only 2 staff at desk when they knew they were at capacity. The lobby was a wild mad house all evening with in attended children jumping on steps to Starbucks, making it difficult to enter. Staff at Spa, or at all friendly or helpful. Extremely poor customer service.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Facility was clean and relatively comfortable. Nice staff, although could smile a bit more and act like enjoy the job.
Cons: Restaurant was overpriced and not great. Breakfast was cold and underwhelming.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: No gross carpet in the room, wonderful shower, and the indoor pool was great.
Cons: There was no dresser in the room, only an ottoman with a drawer. Also, housekeeping never cleaned our room and we were there for 5 nights. I understand conservation but they could at least empty trashcans. Also $50 a night hold is a bit excessive.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Modern contemporary clean lines in the decor really popped
Cons: Very clean except the elevator had a musty smell
6,8 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed, pillows and the room was dark and quiet.
Cons: We arrived at 2pm and was greeted warmly. Our room was not ready and the clerk apologized and told us to try back at 3 because 4pm is check in time. As we were leaving the older lady working at the desk commented loudly, “why did you apologize? We don’t check in until 4”. It was said with a bad attitude and it made us feel like going somewhere else. Which we would have if that had been an option. We did come back around 8pm and had no problems with the guys working the desk. That older lady needs more customer training or taken off the front desk, she was ornery

8,0 Excellent
Pros: The outside of the property is very deceiving. It looks like a brick warehouse. I was speaking with the manager in the front desk and he stated that the building itself is dated to the 1920’s. However, the inside of the room is very boutique and feels like living in your own residence. Very well decorated.
Cons: We had a problem with opening our door to our room. I had to call the manager up and ask for his assistance. He had a hard time opening and stated that sometimes the doors stick. We went out to dinner and came up and had the same issue. We had difficulty in getting the door open and after some jiggling the knob around and pushing it came open. The amenities such as coffee were poor. There was no regular coffee and they left a used capsule in with the regular decaf coffee that was left. The cups were dirty even though they had a a plastic wrap around them . I realize its a picky complaint. However, if I am paying that much for a boutique room I expect amenities to be top notch. Over all I would give the site 4 out of 5
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Did not eat breakfast at the hotel
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Large beautiful room, very comfortable bed , pillows and linens, friendly staff. Great location. We will definitely be back!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: I love the uniqueness of the many different rooms and how the updates keep the history intact. Rooms were clean but the bed felt old...not as firm as I'm used to at hotels. Overall though I enjoyed my stay!
9,3 Excellent
Pros: We loved the atmosphere of this hotel and the beautiful room. Staff was friendly. The bar was convenient and the restraunt was AMAZING. We loved the location and being so close to everything we love in downtown Tulsa. Can't wait to go again!
Cons: I clean houses so I notice dust and the ONLY negative thing I can say about our stay is that I wish the room and bathroom had been dusted more thoroughly.
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: I was expecting a nice experience in a 1920's restored hotel.
Cons: At check in there was no offer to help us with our baggage, or the elevator which we were obviously having trouble with. The room had a wore out look, the draperies were falling off the hangers in several places, the wallpaper was peeling off in the bath
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean and felt like home, very elegant and quiet. We loved it!!
