the rooms and all the hotel designed like motel than a hotel, the noise insulation between the rooms very bad and you can all talks on the next room, the pool in close room and very dark, not inviting.

This hotel delivers everything you would expect from a four star hotel and it’s excellent value when they have special offers. We paid €58.50. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was huge and even had a rain shower. The wifi was excellent and the staff were welcoming and helpful.
I’m being picky, but a kettle and some tea/coffee would have been very welcome.

It was within walking distance of the shopping center and the cider restaurants. They also have secure parking. They explained the map to us and directed us. They allowed us to leave our car in the garage, go shopping before we went on our way to our next destination. The hotel was well signposted.

Good location and amenities, friendly staff, very nice breakfast. Staff in particular very helpful in describing the local area, what to visit, restaurants etc. At their recommendation we took a very pleasant walk to the historic town centre. Secure underground parking.
Decor could do with some updating. Underground parking very dark and difficult to navigate - but very useful facility to have (at some extra cost).
