Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and attentive service, as well as the beautiful, peaceful natural setting of the hotel. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the location, citing difficult access and distance from the city center, especially during bad weather. Bed comfort was a frequent complaint, with several guests mentioning old, uncomfortable mattresses and bedding. Opinions about breakfast were mixed, with some enjoying it and others finding it lacking or not included. Overall, while the atmosphere and hospitality stood out positively, improvements in comfort and accessibility are needed.
