Pros (+) Great design and amenities, helpful staff (especially front desk and restaurant), amazing food and taste of Norway in restaurant. Good leisure facilities. Surprise upgrade to a business room for being a return traveller. Fantastic location.
Cons (-) Housekeeping in the room. Found a little brown "surprise" in the toilet when first arrived and spotted some black residue coming off of the plug in the bath

Pros (+) It was clean
Cons (-) The hotel was very basic. We had stayed in a Thon hotel for two nights prior and this was much nicer. Breakfast had more choice and tv had more channels. The swimming pool is on a different floor to changing rooms so had to walk in a towel down some stairs. Outside lift was not working which my daughter wanted to use. Then found out lift was working but not for hotel guests.

Cons (-) No power plugs near the bed. Bed only had bedding for 1 person, even through we specified 2 at reservation and check-in.

Cons (-) Bathrooms a bit dated. Wifi was spotty. Business center computers so old they weren't comparable with any up-to-date programs, so I was not able to conduct business as I wished.
