Cons (-) everything. filthy, mold, mildew. furnace didn't work......well, it made so much noise i was afraid it would blow up. Security lock fell off, i was able to put the screws back in by hand. Asked to switch rooms......clerk took my key cards and said "thanks for staying with us" and left. even if this place was free it would cost too much

Pros (+) Beat part of this hotel is the staff. Very friendly and professional. For the price it is the best place in town.

Cons (-) The motel was sketchy & run down. My first thought was " This must be where the drug deals & murders happen in Oshkosh". I ended up staying at a different hotel instead.
