Very nice staff. When I landed it was fast and perfect. I was nervous using a keyless fob on the edge I rented but the fellow at the desk... it was his third week and he was a delight! Said don’t worry! I can walk out and give you a quick lesson if you feel uncomfortable. No need for extra help and his instructions were clear and helpful. Will rent again in Appleton for our sons wedding in February 2020. Thanks very much7,2 Good
