Pros (+) Next to Osaka station makes this hotel easily accessible to everything. There are good good options right outside your door and the staff is extremely friendly.
Cons (-) The rooms are very very small. We are traveling with 2 carry-on suitcases (1 each) and could only open the suitcase on the bed or bathroom floor as the space is so extremely small. However there are so many fun things to do that we spent very limited time at the hotel.

Pros (+) The hotel was centrally located next to Osaka station. Great location and easy access to transportation and shopping. Breakfast was great and met the needs of all 11 of us travelling, including 7 students. Second time I stayed here and would stay again.

Pros (+) This hotel was very close to the Osaka station and was easy to access by foot. The staff were pleasant and had us checked in and out very quickly.
Cons (-) The hotel hasn't been updated in a while. It wasn't the cleanest place we stayed in Japan either. The blankets were dirty and there was hair on the bathroom floor. It smelled of cigarettes even though it was a smoke free room.
