Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location, unique historic atmosphere, and friendly, attentive service. Many appreciate the opportunity to stay in a beautifully preserved palazzo with elegant decor and old-world charm. Cleanliness and spacious rooms are also highlighted by several reviewers. However, guests note that the hotel and its rooms are in need of updates, with some outdated facilities and occasional maintenance issues. Parking can be challenging due to the hotel's location in a restricted traffic zone, and some guests mention noise or lack of modern amenities. Overall, the positives of location, atmosphere, and service stand out.
