I stay here often and this time was in town visiting a family member at Orlando Health in ICU. I decided the 20 minute commute would be worth it so that I could stay where I am treated like family. The bartender Kimberly coupled with a beautiful hotel is what keeps me coming back every time. Thank you.

Staff are superb, no doubt about that, but really old school Florida hotel style, will nickel and dime for everything. What hotel still charges for phone calls (who uses the hotel phone anyway) the internet and even use of the gym! Mini bar menu in the room, but no mini bar. Shower built for people 5.6’ and under and don’t let the room get to warm, the windows don’t open and the room smells funky ...

Pros (+) My family and I were out late at the parks catch, so it was nice to be able to come back and use the 24hr marketplace for small food and drink before bedtime for our son.
Cons (-) Upon arrival Friday night, I noticed a Comet spray bottle left on the bathroom counter from housekeeping staff. I went and placed it in the closet out of reach of my five-year-old child. Cons (-) The pizza you serve out of the 24 hour cafe downstairs is probably one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. Cheap, frozen par-baked crust with flavourless toppings and easily 100% more expensive than you can find elsewhere. Absolutely something your executive chef and director of food and beverage should be ashamed of putting in front of guests.
