The A/C gave off a mildewy smell...changing the filter on the A/C would likely help.
The room that we stayed in had no heat and blew out cold air the entire night. I don’t went to the management and asked to switch rooms and they were not willing to accommodate because they said the heat would kick in. When I came in the next day, the manager on duty was “off the property” so we waited around for 30 mins for her and she did not show up. Finally she called back and refused to give us the number to corporate and only offered to take $20 off our stay for the inconvenience. She stated that she checked the heat in the room and that it was fine and didn’t work because we turned it up to high. Horrible experience and I wouldn’t wish this location on anyone.
Location was excellent if going to universal. Wales it every day in about 20 mins each way.
The room was small and it didn't smell good; it had a damp musty feel. Breakfast was ample but nothing tasted good. There is an IHOP close so that is what we did. Beware, this IHOP had awed up coffee. Not sure why.

Great staff, nice folks who will do what's in their power to take care of you within reason, knowledgeable about shuttles and food spots nearby. Cleaned my room nicely daily, fresh towels. Beds are good enough, room is good, wifi good.
Found a cockroach chillin between the front desk and the elevator. My floor smelled profusely musty, oppressively weird compared to the rest of the place. Perhaps cockroach spray?
