This place was the dumpiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The lobby and first floor smelled of weed and had the look and feel of a recently flooded basement. In the room, the smell was a burning Lysol disinfectant that seemed to be coating everything. The first night was very hard to sleep and awoke with sore throats. Toilet paper was thin and rough. The coffee machine didn’t work. We asked for a replacement that never came. We asked them to fix the smell. After 3 hours of ozone machines (whatever that means) the smell was better but the next day it was back - but the room hadn’t been touched…. So where did the smell come from? There were cigarette butts in the elevator, the breakfast was gross, and the water - like all the water in Orlando, apparently - smells terrible and is undrinkable. Like, you can’t even rinse your mouth out with it.
